Atlassian Jira Integration

  2. For the Cloud ID, which you will need in step 1 below when you set up the Jira integration in Transposit, see How to find Cloud Site Id, which tells you to use the URL below in your browser to find the Cloud ID. In the URL, replace 'my-site-name' with your actual site name.

Set Up the Integration

Let's get started pulling data from Jira into Transposit.

  1. Make sure you're logged into Transposit, then click this link to open the Jira settings dialog, enter a name and your Cloud ID (see above), and click Save.

  2. In the Integrations list, where your key is now included, click Authenticate.

  3. The browser opens, letting you log in to your Atlassian Jira account.

Jira is now enabled to interact with Transposit.

Use the Integration

Now that you've configured your integration, add one or more of the integration's actions to an automation, test the automation, and then add the automation to an incident type.
